CAD KAS PDF Editor 3.2

This appears to be an excellent office tool for processing Adobe PDF files. Using the tools included, you can move and zoom the text and pictures and you can edit text blocks, insert text, empty lines or change the line breaks freely, just like a text editor or word processor.

The source code of the page is editable as well. You can use the program to read and write encrypted PDF files at your own will. The program leaves the layout untouched after saving if you don't want to change it.

Some features that caught my attention in this version are: a better selection of vector objects with the pointer, page tools like "Crop" or "Scan new page", the"brush" vector tool, export as text file, preview of the texts in the document for the function "Add text", support of all unicode characters with the function "Add text as vector object", the bookmarks are no longer lost when you combine multiple documents and much more.

Pluses: A large variety of settings and options for text and image editing, page adding, deleting or extracting; the option of exporting files in DOC (MS Word) or text format.

Drawbacks / flaws:

In conclusion: Indeed a powerful PDF creation and editing software, not only an annotator; it includes all the functions needed for professional PDF creating, editing and encrypting. Get it now. It's worth the money.
